Rolfing Structural Integration Session

Structural bodywork helps clients address pain, tension and physical limitations by increasing function, balance, awareness, mobility, and ease of movement. Each session is 60 minutes and includes check-in, analysis, hands-on therapy, and movement education. Customized suggested exercises and concepts for clients to work with at home to enhance progress will be given. $200

Alignment through Movement

This 30-minute session is designed to help clients realign their bodies through simple yet effective stretches and exercises. Each class helps the client achieve their individual goals through movements that will gently encourage proper alignment, strength building, and improved balance. We will journey through intentional stretching and articulation which will increase the body’s adaptability and interoceptive control. $125 ($100 if you pair an Alignment through Movement session with a Structural session)

Introductory Structural Three-Series

Over the course of three one-hour sessions, your body will experience less pain, tension and discomfort, and will find better alignment, balance, and functional ease of movement.  This unique integrative bodywork technique works all layers of the body via the fasciae of muscles, bones, organs, and neurovascular (nerves and blood supply) systems to improve your overall health and structure.  $585

Structural Ten-Series

Ten Structural Sessions that will systematically address each region of the body in order to reorganize and improve the entire system. (Read about each of the ten sessions here) $1900

Community Session

A Rolfing Structural Integration session at a reduced rate. Community Sessions are reserved for students, teachers, healthcare workers, military personnel/veterans, and those with limited income. Please inquire.

Baby and Me

Baby and Me package is a 3-session combination of pre and/or post-natal structural bodywork sessions for mama and baby.  Pre-natal sessions focus on keeping mom comfortable in pregnancy and preparing for the birthing process.  Post-natal sessions promote healing and integration after labor.  For baby, gentle work and integrative work assists with healthy alignment, growth, and birth-related trauma.  $615* (Individual Baby and Me session $225)
